Vespers Returning To Augustana?

Some of us remember that at various times Augustana has had a regularly scheduled Vespers service on designated Sunday evenings. Vespers services -as an addition to, NOT as a substitute for the Sunday morning service -- provide a valuable opportunity for those who cannot always be at church on Sunday morning: those who have to work non-traditional hours, those returning from out of town travel, etc.

There will be a meeting after church on April 25th, for anyone who is interested on developing a program of monthly Vespers services. Anyone who would be interested on working on this program who cannot attend the meeting should send his/her comments to Alan Sutherland at arsutherland@earthlink.net.
